This week Squirrel is going nuts over holiday foils from Edinboro Chocolaterie, Granny Smith apples from Orton’s and Violetta potatoes from Post Apples. Squirrel also wanted to mention that eggnog from Pot O Gold will be here until the new year.

Recipe Corner: Holiday Charcuterie Heaven

Shout-out to Kay (@kitchenandkay on Instagram) for making such a beautiful board using several food items from Edinboro Market. We would like to add that Byler’s pickled goods, Wild for Salmon salmon dip, Beelzebub’s hummus/salsa, chocolate from Edinboro Chocolaterie, PopLuck popcorn and Conscious Food Project’s Mighty Nut Mix would look lovely arranged on a handmade board by LeBouef Lasing or Essman Woodworking!
