Recipe Corner: Stuffed Squash
Kayla Perrett from @kitchenandkay on Instagram is collaborating with Edinboro Market, Meadville Market House and Core Goods in Oil City to help share healthy, seasonal produce-inspired recipes. This garlic-parmesan kale stuffed squash could be a great Thanksgiving appetizer or your next weeknight dinner. Another green such as spinach, beet greens, or swiss chard can be substituted for kale.
Thank you!
We are very thankful for community partners like Hart, McConahy and Martz Insurance. By sponsoring the cost of 3rd party processing fees for our SNAP/EBT customers for 2023 they are helping us make healthy food accessible to everyone!
We hope everyone reading this has a great Thanksgiving!
Our goal is to provide access to fresh, locally grown food while being an entrepreneurial marketplace for food producers; and an understanding of the importance of both.
